- Owners using our advertising services need
to check that the information on the site regarding their
property is accurate. Any inaccuracies must be brought to
our attention so we can make the necessary amendments. Due
to limited space on the free server and the template we
may need to edit material sent, although we do try to keep
editing to a minimum.
- Advertisers must supply correct full prices
charged for each season or months of the year. Adverts stating
“Prices on Application” or “Prices from
xxx to xxx” will not be accepted. There must be full
transparency of prices charged. This is in everyone’s’
interest, advertisers and visitors.

have no involvement in booking arrangements or answering
specific questions about individual properties.
- All booking arrangements made are to be
considered contracts between the site visitor and the owner
of the property and are not the responsibility of Sunny-Holidays.com.
- Any enquires about the property –
accommodation, facilities, the area etc. should be directed
to the owner. You will find them most helpful and they should
be able to deal with all your queries.
- We do not accept any advertising that could
be considered offensive, for whatever reason. We reserve
the right to refuse any advertisement without the need to
give a reason.
- Holiday property adverts do not have external
links to other websites, or telephone numbers. Instead,
one e-mail mailbox is supplied for each property
- The site contains copyright material and
the contents are protected by law. Individuals may not use
material on the site without first obtaining the permission
of www.sunny-holidays.com. You may download information
from the site for your own personal use only but must acknowledge
that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading
copyright material.
- From time to time we will send out advertising
information to advertisers on the site. This will normally
be an e-newsletter or simple e-mail.
- Sunny-Holidays.com cannot be held liable
for any loss of business or goodwill arising from the use
of this site.
