All electricity, gas and water charges are inclusive in the price
so there are no hidden costs.
The property is suitable for the elderly and children. We’re
very sorry but we are unable to accept pets.

We are situated 2 km from the village of Villepinte where you
will find a Baker, Grocery shop, butcher, chemist, post office
and a very pleasant restaurant.
Set in the unspoilt historical region of Aude, famous for “Les
Chateaux du pays Cathar” with its many historical castles,
towns and villages.
The Midi canal passes nearby and the coast is a 1 hour drive.
If flying, Ryanair do fabulous deals from Stansted to Carcassonne
which is just 20 mins away. The larger airport of Toulouse,
1 hr away.

The medieval city of Carcassonne (photo right),
the old market towns of Castelnaudary, Mirepoix
and Revel are all within easy reach. There
are many beauty spots such as the gorges of Quillon and the
underground boat trips through the caves near Foix.
Golf, sailing, wild water rafting and riding are a few of the
nearby activities available. This is also a region of many classic
French wines so a perfect way to enjoy a relaxing holiday in
France. |

| Booking 'weeks'
are Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests leave
the accommodation before 10.00, and new guests arrive after
16.00. This allows time for our Cleaners to ensure a fresh
start for new guests.
A 30% deposit is required when booking and balance to be paid
8 weeks prior to arrival.
