Les Montels is a large stone-built villa – sleeps 8/10 people,
and is located in the countryside just outside the village of Roujan.
With its own private pool the villa offers a peaceful environment
with panoramic views over the vineyards and surrounding countryside.
The villa was totally renovated – painted, re-furbished floors,
new furniture, beds, bathrooms, etc.
| A maid is available for house cleaning
at an extra charge. The maid can also prepare dinners and other
meals on request. These are prepared and delivered to you. A
menu list is in the living room. |

The villa is situated on a hill in its own grounds (5,000 m2). Access
to the property is via its own private road. The property has plenty
of trees and shrubs and as well as a large parking area –
space enough for 10 cars, there is a large Mediterranean garden
with flowers, olive and almond trees.
The swimming pool is large – 10 m x 5 m and between 1 m and
2 m deep. It is equipped with a new legal and authorised alarm system
(detects movement in the pool). There are sunloungers around the
side of the pool.

The villa is located just 2km from Roujan a charming, quiet,
typically south of France village. The village has all the usual
amenities you would expect in a small community. There is a
collection of shops – groceries, bakers, pharmacy, filling
station, and an excellent boucherie that offers first class
products, all from local suppliers.
And the villa is just a few kms from the historic town of Pézenas,
where you can watch the world go by sitting at one of the many
cafés or bars. |

You can make this a really relaxing holiday, either taking
it easy soaking up the south of France sunshine, or simply
sitting at a table of a pavement cafe talking and watching
the world go by. People who want a more active holiday are
also fully catered for, with plenty to see and do in the region.

From the AutoRoute at Pézenas, the
old walled city of Cacasonne is quickly reached, as is the aqueduct
of the Pont du Gard, the amphitheatre at Nimes and the Spanish
border. There are many attractions such as Le Train Jaune at Villefranche-de-Conflet
with spectacular views.

| Sandy beaches are a short
distance from Roujan: Portiragnes, Valras, Marseillan
and Sete. The water is shallow for several
metres and safe for young children.
Cap d'Agde on the Mediterranean is a host
to yachts and boats with a magnificent port, cafés
and restaurants, night clubs, casino and every watersport
imaginable.

| Booking 'weeks'
are Saturday 17.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests leave
the accommodation before 10.00, and new guests arrive after
16.00. This allows time for our Cleaners to ensure a fresh
start for new guests.
Prices shown are per week. Reduced price by booking
two consecutive weeks.
Someone will be there to greet you when you arrive in Roujan.
They will hand over the villa keys.

The apartment will be cleaned
immediately after your visit. It certainly helps when guests
leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition.
During the low season special
rates may be available if less than 6 persons, or for long
stay.
All charges, including cleaning at the end of your holiday,
are included in the rental.
A maid is available for house cleaning at an extra charge.

The price shown is the total rental for the week, NOT per
person, and is fully inclusive - there are no other costs.
To make a reservation you need to pay 30% of total
holiday cost. This deposit constitutes a formal booking agreement.
Payment is in € (euros), sending money by cheque or banker's
draft. (Payments in US$ accepted into US account.) The balance
can be paid on arrival, either with cash or cheque. |
