convent offers luxury apartments for weekly holiday rentals. There
are 4 apartments, Pierrot, Fontedicto, Octopus, Marguerite,
so are ideal for families and friends on holiday together.
A 2 minute walk from the centre of renaissance Pézenas this
remarkable and painstaking renovation project has produced beautiful
apartments which combine all modern conveniences while retaining
many original features and the fantastic ambiance of the property.

The apartments have been superbly designed and decorated, from the
individually, handcrafted door handles to the intricate ironwork
galleries created by a famous local artist. All fixtures, fittings
and appliance are brand new and blend effortlessly alongside traditional
southern-French antiques. One apartment is equipped to welcome guests
with disabilities.
The apartment is a triplex, with a cast iron spiral
staircase connecting the ground floor to the bedrooms.

Sleeping up to 6 people this apartment has two large
bedrooms on the third floor with garden views, antique furniture
and large, marble fireplaces.
The spacious living and dining areas lead on to
the sunny terrace through large bay window, and on the private terrace
there is a garden table and chairs.

Both bedrooms have their own
private bathrooms, one with an antique cast iron bathtub,
shower, and toilet, the other with a large walk in shower
and toilet.
There are an additional 2 separate toilets on each floor.

The fully
equipped kitchens include dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,
etc.
There is also a mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom / child’s
room with double pull out sofa bed, television, DVD player and
radio.

There is a huge, enclosed Mediterranean garden with palm
trees and mature plants features a protected swimming pool - 9m
x 6m x 1.6m.
The pool has a state-of-the-art ‘oxygène actif’
UV cleansing system so there is no chlorine, and a jet stream for
serious swimmers.

|
Ideally located, the Couvent des Ursulines is a gentle 5-minute
stroll from the peaceful meadows and vineyards and 2 minutes
from the centre of vibrant Pézenas with its charming
pavement cafés, huge choice of traditional restaurants
and numerous antique shops.
The Saturday market is not to be missed. There is a large selection
of local produce - olives and olive oil, cheese, fresh fruit,
hams and saucisons, and as shown in the photo. |

You can make this a really relaxing holiday, either taking
it easy soaking up the south of France sunshine, or simply
sitting at a table of a pavement cafe talking and watching
the world go by. People who want a more active holiday are
also fully catered for, with plenty to see and do in the region.

From the AutoRoute at Beziers, the old walled
city of Cacasonne is quickly reached, as is the aqueduct of the
Pont du Gard, the amphitheatre at Nimes and the Spanish border.
There are many attractions such as Le Train Jaune at Villefranche-de-Conflet
with spectacular views.

| Sandy beaches are a short
distance from Pézenas: Portiragnes, Valras,
Marseillan and Sete. The water is
shallow for several metres and safe for young children.
Cap d'Agde on the Mediterranean is a host
to yachts and boats with a magnificent port, cafés
and restaurants, night clubs, casino and every watersport
imaginable.

are Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests leave
the accommodation before 10.00, and new guests arrive after
16.00. This allows time for our Cleaners to ensure a fresh
start for new guests.

The apartment
will be cleaned immediately after your visit. It certainly
helps when guests leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition.
During the low season special rates may be available if less
than 6 persons, or for long stay.
Linen and towels are included in the price.

each apartment for up to 6 people is shown right.
The price shown is the total rental for the week, NOT per
person, and is fully inclusive - there are no other costs.
25% deposit required when booking, with the remaining 75%
due 6 weeks before arrival.A security deposit of 300 €
is required on arrival.
