Welcome to the Domaine
de Saint-Apolis, a XVIIth century family and wine domaine in the
heart of sunny Languedoc Roussillon, 5km from Pézenas and
only 12km away from the Mediterranean.
The owners have tastefully restored the authentic buildings into
a selection of superb cottages with all the comforts of modern living,
in a private garden with a shared access to a lovely pool with sunbeds
and parasols. Surrounded by vineyards set in a haven of tranquillity
Saint-Apolis welcomes you!

There are 9 spacious cottages, each charmingly restored in style
with the historic surroundings and equipped to modern standards.
Each cottage offers a choice of spacious 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation.
The photos show the quality and the type of accommodation offered.
Most of the cottages still boast original features. They have been
individually decorated in style with the historic surroundings,
mixing French antiques with modern comfort.

The cottages comprise a large living room with
a kitchen corner, a bathroom with bath and shower and two or three
bedrooms as required and separate toilets.
Photo shows the spacious and convivial living room of 'Les
Micoucouliers' with, at the back, the fully equiped kitchen
and its open bar.
The kitchens are fully equipped with 4 hobs, dish-washer,
microwave, traditional oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine
and all the essentials utensils. Central heating in all houses.

The living rooms are spacious and sunny with large
openings onto each individual secluded garden which are complete
with their own barbecue and furniture.
Choice of double and twin bedrooms depending on
number of guests. Convertible sofa bed in living room.

The cottages are set amidst large and totally enclosed luxurious
gardens, surrounded by acres of vineyards, meadows and woodlands.
There is a shared access to a large enclosed swimming pool
(13mx7m) with terrace, deck chairs and parasols.
Guests love the calm, "wonderfully private" and
the almost exotic feel of the gardens of the Domaine. Totally
enclosed and surrounded by acres of vineyards, meadows and
woodlands Domaine de Saint-Apolis is ideal for an authentic
rural South of France holiday!

Domaine de Saint-Apolis lies in the heart of all the touristic
riches of Languedoc Roussillon. Less than 15mns drive activities
include: watersports in Cap d'Agde, Golf in St Thomas, tennis,
canoe Kayaking, swimming in river or inland lake, walking, mountain
biking. Waterworld and fun fairs in Cap d'Agde.
Visit Pézenas (5Km), watching the world
go by world whilst sat at a pavement cafe (market street, Pézenas,
right) or the 'Little Versailles' of the Languedoc is not to
be missed and Béziers and its famous
World Heritage Canal du Midi. |

Sandy beaches are a short distance from Domaine de Saint-Apoli:
Portiragnes, Valras, Marseillan and Sete.
The water is shallow for several metres and safe for young
children.
Cap d'Agde (right) on the Mediterranean is
a host to yachts and boats with a magnificent port, cafés
and restaurants, night clubs, casino and every watersport
imaginable. Marseillan port on the edge of
the Bassan de Thau (sea lake) has retained much of its original
charm and has plenty of good cafés and restaurants.

| Booking 'weeks'
are Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests leave
the accommodation before 10.00, and new guests arrive after
16.00. This allows time for our Cleaners to ensure a fresh
start for new guests.
French & English spoken.

The holiday home will be cleaned
immediately after your visit. It certainly helps when guests
leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition.
We regret we cannot accept pets.

| The
cost to book the holiday villa for up to 8 people is shown
right.
Prices are per property per week and are inclusive of bed
linen, bathroom towels, final cleaning and heating in low
season.
Payment is in € (euros). A non-refundable deposit of
30% is requested on booking with the remainder to be settled
6 weeks before arrival
