Situated on the first floor of a large
traditional villa, this newly and tastefully furnished accommodation
is located in the tranquil countryside, yet just 1 km outside the
charming medieval market town of Pézenas.It is also within
easy reach (20 minutes) of the Mediterranean.
On arriving at the property, you pass through the extensive gardens,
with vines, mimosa, pine trees, citrus fruit trees etc… to your
own apartment with private entrance. |

You walk into your secluded courtyard which is equipped with BBQ,
lighting and table and chairs for outdoor dining on summer evenings.
Looking onto the courtyard is your "summer kitchen" with
hob, sink, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the normal
kitchen utensils. To your right there are a series of steps that
take you up onto your own roof terrace. Here you can relax and sit
back with a glass of the local wine whilst watching the sunsets.

| A large light and airy living
/ dining room with views over the extensive gardens, 3 double
bedrooms, shower room and a fully equipped summer-kitchen. The
mature gardens (shared with the resident British owners) include
a pool (9 X 4.6m) which enjoys a sunny position, with sunbathing
areas and sun loungers. |

| From the roof terrace, you enter
the apartment, and find yourself in the spacious living /
dining room with exposed beams, comfortable sofas, dining
table and chairs, T.V. and CD player ( sofa bed can be provided). |

The bedrooms and shower room lead off a long tiled
hallway.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside
tables and chair.
Bedroom 2 with exposed beams, has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside
cabinet and chair.

bedroom 3 is a comfortable room with exposed beams,
has a double bed, table, chair and clothes storage area ( single bed
can also be provided)
The tiled shower room contains W.C., shower, wash- basin and bathroom
cabinet for storage. |

The apartment also has its own private roof
terrace (looking out over the surrounding countryside of vineyards
and olive groves) and its own court-yard (at ground level) equipped
for that essential "al fresco" dining.

You are free to roam through the extensive gardens
which are filled with mature trees, flowers, shrubs and fruit trees.
There are a number of secluded areas with benches plus a hammock
for those who want a relaxing read away from it all.

This newly and tastefully furnished accommodation is located
in the tranquil countryside, yet just 1 km outside the charming
medieval market town of Pézenas. Pézenas is an
old fortified town in Herault/ Languedoc Roussillon, with magnificent
17th century houses that have been beautifully restored. The
large city of Montpellier with its international airport and
train station is 52 km away. Agde 20 km, Beziers 25 km and Sete
36 km. The beaches are just 20 minutes drive away. The area
is filled with great history and pretty villages and of course
great wine! |

A 25 minutes drive takes you into the mountains, or lac de Salagou
- ideal for swimming, sailing, and wind-surfing.
It's also only about 25-30 minutes drive to the nearest Mediterranean
beaches. The nearest is at Vias Plage, a very
popular holiday resort. A newly renovated beach and lagoon area
means it's ideal for children.

All the beaches are easy to reach, and each beach has it's
own parking facilities, and many also have small bars, cafés
and shops. There is also the very popular quayside area,
with lots of bars and restaurants, many of which have live
bands during the evenings.
Valras Plage (photo below of the course
de petanque) is another nearby popular resort, with beautiful
beaches.

Not so far away is Cap d'Adge and the many
beaches, bars and restaurants of this famous resort. With 14
km of golden sandy beaches, each offering something different,
you're never tired of something to do. Windsurfing, banana boat
rides, pedalos, para-gliding and all the normal seaside activities
are available. |

| Booking 'weeks'
are Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. We ask that guests leave
the accommodation before 10.00, and new guests arrive after
16.00. This allows time for our Cleaners to ensure a fresh
start for new guests.
We provide bed linen, and some bathroom
towels, although we advise you to bring your own towels for
the beach

leave the appartment in a clean and tidy condition
We do not put a breakage charge on the costs, so please replace
any broken items |

| The
cost to book the apartment. The price shown is the total rental
for the week, NOT per person and is fully inclusive - there
are no other costs.
Apartment price includes electricity, water, bed linen and
towels.
Payment is in GB sterling.
20% payment secures booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks before
arrival.
