Old Stone Winery located in the Regional Park Languedoc

Our Stone House used to be a winery located in amongst vineyards with a river only 3 to 4 minutes walk away. The house is renovated to a high standard with new bathroom and kitchen. The house comes with a large garden surrounded by bushes and a fence around the perimeter. Inside the garden are trees where you can rest underneath from the sun.

The living room has a large French window that opens out onto a large terrace that descends into the garden via stairs.

  • Living area consists of Double leather sofa with 2 leather individual soft Chairs.
  • Large French window opens onto Terrace leading down to Garden.
  • Open Kitchen has a large cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle and Coffee Machine.
  • Main bedroom has a Double bed that looks over the Garden and Countryside.
  • Single room has bunk beds for 2 people. Both bedrooms have lovely views over Countryside.
  • Newly renovated Bathroom.

EXTERIOR
  • Large Garden surrounded by a secure fence as well as Bushes
  • A large terrace over looks the Garden and leads down to a Tunnella
  • Outside equipment: Barbeque, Garden Table and Chairs with natural foliage
  • The is Plenty of Parking around the house as the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac.

 
 

 

 
 

 


On arriving in the garden you arrive under a beautiful large tonnelle which has table and chairs underneath ideal for eating outside sheltered under the midday sun. The Garden covers 400 square metres.



 

 
 

 


The house is located amongst Vineyards and by a river. Only 600 metres away from the house a the start of a winding Gorge with river. The river is ideal for swimming in and close to the house. The nearest Supermarkets are located 15 minutes drive away. Golf Course is 20 minutes away. There are house riding schools 20 mins away. Swimming Pools are located 30 mins away. The nearest Beaches are 40 mins away.



 
 

 


Béziers (photo of flower market below left) is 30 mins away. Montpellier (below right) is 1 hours away. Spain is 2 hours drive away.
