The recently renovated holiday property is located in a small hamlet near Souillac, with easy access from the autoroute.

There is accommodation for 8 people, with an open plan living area, modern fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, a mezzanine and playroom.

Outside there is a terraced area for dining al fresco, a large garden, and a pool.

The swimming pool (photo below) is very well exposed to the sun from the morning till the evening. The garden is perfect for kids and a lot of amenities for kids to play with.



 


 



 

 


The property is close to many castles and prehistoric sites to visit. Perfect for holidays with kids. Multiples activities around: Gorgeous country walks right at your doorstep. Swimming, water parks, canoeing, bicycling, horse-riding, fishing, bird watching, golf, museums, churches and prehistoric sites. Local gastronomic restaurants, great wines and liqueurs. Local markets with fresh produce. Village fetes with dancing and music till late (in summer).



 



 

 


There are very famous sites to visit around as Rocamadour (photo below left), Domme, La Roque Gageac and Sarlat (photo below right shows a busy summer day) nearby, and a lot of castles as Beynac, Monfort, La Treyne and caves including Les Eyzies, Lascaux and the Gouffre de Padirac...

The house is situated 5 mins from the motorway which makes it easily accessible from the motorway Paris->Limoges->Brive->Toulouse. The house is situated in a little hameau of few houses named « Saint Etienne »on a top of a hill and only 4 kms from Souillac where you can find a hypermarket ''Leclerc'' and all the amenities in the village.
