  • Bedrooms - 6 comfortable carpeted double rooms - double beds but could be singles. 2 in old part of house, 3 in newer part, 1 in ground floor annexe
  • Smaller TV room + DVD, video, cards, puzzles, games etc
  • 3 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, all with WC
  • Utility room with large freezer, 2nd fridge, washing-machine

EXTERIOR
  • 2 acres of land with lots of trees
  • 12m x 8.5m pool with alarm. Diving board.
  • Garden around pool
  • Terrace by the pool and covered stone area +barbecue.
  • Enclosed garden on other side of house + original bread oven
  • Barbecue, tables for 12, 6 or 4 people + chairs. 8 loungers, hammock. Table tennis, pétanque etc

Set in farmland, with the farmer next door (50 m from house). Looks down over a tiny hamlet of old stone houses (3 families live there!) very rural, lovely views and walks



 

 


 
 

 


10 minutes from Souillac and the Dordogne river - kayaks and swimming, tennis and horse-riding. Plenty of local markets, small restaurants and cafés, 2 large supermarkets. Golf course 3 kms



 

 
 

 






 
The old village of Salignac is 10 kms away, with its market and old crafts fair, château and 2 brocantes (secondhand/junk/antique shops).

The old mediaeval town of Sarlat is 30 minutes away (photo of the market place shown right), and the great Dordogne châteaux about 40 minutes by car.

Deposit of 10% on booking. balance paid one week before stay.

A breakage deposit of 300 € / 250 GBP will be asked for on arrival (the cheque will not be paid in until you leave).
