Spacious one bedroom cottage with small garden in quiet village


Ideal for House Hunting or Holidays.

Maison des Rosiers is a charming one-bedroom gîte (sleeps 3) with many character features and modern facilities.

Formerly the home of a tailor and his family the house has now been modernised and refitted to offer you a comfortable stay.

The private, pretty cottage garden has a central rose bed with raised borders and a gravel pathway. To the side there is a paved terrace with patio furniture under the shade of a hazelnut tree. The garden is enclosed on all sides with gated access.

  • Main bedroom on first floor. King size bed and single bed
  • Full bathroom with shower over bath
  • Shower room on ground floor

The gated garden has a central rose bed and gravel pathways. To the side there is a paved area with patio furniture. A bank with flowers and large hazelnut tree and small lawned area.



 



 

 


The village has a boulangerie (bakers) bar and post office. There is public fishing within a short walk and the world renowned centre of Pescalis is about 20mins drive. Horse riding stables close by. Golf in Cholet and Niort.
Bressuire offers a full range of shops and services, supermarkets and sports facilities (10mins drive).
