The spacious house is well situated on a hillside facing southwest
in a quiet area of Sainte Maxime, only 15 minutes walk to beaches
and town centre. The 19th century house conserves many of its original
features.
The 250 m2 living accommodation is on 3 floors set in an enclosed
garden of 1300 m2 with swimming pool.
This is not your typical basic holiday home – we live here
when not renting.

There is a 4x9 m2 pool equipped with an alarm system. The
shallow end has wide built in steps ideal for children.
Loungers and sun umbrellas are provided for relaxing on
the pool terrace.
There is a wide terrace in front of the house with table
and chairs and a built-in barbecue. Shade is provided by
2 large trees. A terrace at the back of the house catches
the evening sun. A gravel area can be used for boules. There
is a large room open at one end onto the terrace, ideal
for meals outside if it's raining, for games, darts etc.

The house is situated on a hillside only 15 minutes walk
from the centre of Sainte Maxime with its beaches, harbour,
shops and restaurants. The beach and casino are shown in
the photo left, and the market shown in the photo right
below.
There are excellent facilities for water sports and some
of the cleanest beaches on the Mediterranean. The larger
beaches have beach restaurants. Saint Tropez is at 15 km.
The roads are busy in summer but there is an excellent ferry
service which runs every 15 minutes to St Tropez. There
are several picturesque villages to explore in the immediate
area.

Easy access on the autoroute to the larger towns of Cannes,
Marseille and Nice - photo shows one of the many pavement

Your
rental will include all utilities, pool cleaning, and final
clean, although we do ask you to leave the villa in good order.

Sheets and towels are not provided.
No smoking in the house.

changeover Sats.
25% deposit on booking. Balance to be paid before arrival
and we will ask for an additional 1000 euros cash refundable
security deposit.
