Located in a small village situated approx 25 minutes North East of Pau. The property comprises of spacious living areas together with 5 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 9 people.


There is a large downstairs bathroom together with a separate toilet and wash basin and a further bathroom located on the first floor.

  • 5 bedrooms which include 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 1 single and all comfortably sleeping 9 people.
  • There is also an additional 2 cots. All room have either built in or free standing wardrobes
  • There is a large downstairs bathroom together with a separate toilet and wash basin and a further bathroom located on the first floor
  • Utility room with maiden iron & ironing board

Large private pool located in enclosed gardens laid to lawn with shrub boarders. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols dotted around plus a large outside table and 10 chairs for al fresco dining.



 

 

 
 

 


The Bearn is a wonderful unspoilt area with beautiful countryside, rich in history, with well preserved chateaux, fantastic food and wine with the Pyrenees and Spain on one side and the Atlantic beaches on the other. For culture, sophistication and glamour visit the capital Pau or the coastal towns of Biarritz (photo below left), Bayonne (photo below right) and St John de Luz with the coastline running from the Spanish border north to Bordeaux and is host to annual international surfing competitions. Many restaurants and cafes line these white sandy beaches creating a perfect backdrop to fine dining.





 


 


The Pyrenees mountains provide an endless number of activities in the summer and winter time. During the summer months there is ample opportunity to enjoy an endless number of walks and hikes, river sports, fishing, horse riding and canyoning to name but a few.



 
While throughout the winter there are a number of popular ski resorts offering many snow related sports including; snowboarding, ski de fond, and general skiing for abilities.

The Pyrenees National Park is a place of great importance in terms of environmental protection, as it is here that you will come across a wide range of species that can only be found in the Pyrenees mountain range. Lourdes is within easy reach too


 

 

The elegant city of Bordeaux is within a 2 1/2 hr drive north (Bordeaux cathedral photo right)and you can get to Toulouse in the east within 90 mins.

Another 1 hr on from Toulouse you can easily get to the wonderful medieval citadel of Carcassonne. However there is so much to do locally you will be hard pressed to find the time!

By Air:
Regular daily flights are available from London Stansted to Pau, Biarritz and Rodez with Ryanair.

From Manchester & Birmingham you can fly to Bordeaux & Toulouse with BMI Baby and a number of other operators flying from various locations around the UK; you will find no shortage of routes to take.


By Ferry:
Ferries operate from Dover, Portsmouth & Plymouth to Calais, St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen, Le Harve & Roscoff. Try Speedferries, Norfolkline, Brittany Ferries and P & O.

25% deposit required at time of booking with balance payable 6 weeks before holiday.

A security deposit is payable of £200 which will be returned less any breakage costs after departure, Sterling and Euros accepted
