South facing studio (below left) has sliding doors opening onto a sunny 7m2 furnished terrace with electric sun canopy and garden views. North facing studio (below right) has sliding doors and city views.

Promenades, harbours, beaches (famous Cannes sea front shown below), swimming, sunbathing, waterskiing, jetskiing, windsurfing, sailing, designer shopping, local markets, restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos, boules, museums, even a castle… All the fantastic attractions that Cannes has to offer are within comfortable walking distance. The elegance of the world famous Croisette, the clear blue sea, golden sandy beaches and exclusive shops are just steps from the door.

There are several golf courses in Mandelieu and Mougins, both less than 15 minutes drive. Snow skiing can be found within a 1.5 hour drive of Cannes. At weekends, during the season, there is even a skibus service direct to Isola 2000 and Auron from Cannes.

If you need to venture outside Cannes, the coastal scenery is breathtaking. Day trips along the coast to Antibes, Nice (take luch at of the many pavement restaurants - photo below right), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez etc. are easily arranged using local buses and trains, or by boat from the old port.

Excursions to Grasse with its famous perfume factories - after you take a factory tour to discover how they make the perfumes, you can buy some at the factory shops (photo below left). Then Mougins, St. Paul de Vence and the gorges provide dramatic and interesting alternatives to the coast.
