This apartment with beautiful views of the old port from the lounge, is just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beaches, and just 5 minutes walk to the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès (Festival and Congress Palace), where the annual Cannes Film Festival takes place (photo below left).

Promenade the Croisette; enjoy the cuisine of the Restaurants, the designer shops, and all the activities of the Palais De Festival. Regular local markets in Cannes Centre. Sandy beaches of Mandeliue de Napoule are just 20 minutes drive away, as are the magnificent golf courses. All local supermarkets, railway stations, motorways etc are closeby.



 

 

 
 

 

Nice airport is just 30 kilometres away. Marine Land St. Antipolis is a great tourist attraction.

Many Boat excursions. Local activities include: surfing, swimming, fishing, wind surfing and many more.
