stunning Sunflower region, La Vieille Maison is a recently renovated
farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, heated, saltwater pool, satellite TV
and games room
Many of the original features have been restored, such as the oak
beams, flagged floors and exposed stone walls.
This comfortable farmhouse is perfect for large families and groups.
Centrally located for attractions such as La Rochelle, Cognac and
Poitiers, we are near 4 airports, and are an easy 4 hour drive from
St Malo ferry port.

electricity/water/gas is included in the price.
Cycles are available for guests use, free of charge.
July and August changeover day is Saturday. All other months
are flexible. Weekends available on selected dates.

All linens (bedding bathroom towels, kitchen
towels) are included in the price, Except Pool
Towels.
Long-term winter let available, max 12 weeks. Price dependant
on duration. Ask for details.

deposit required to secure the booking.
Balance payable at least 6 weeks before holiday start date.
Full amount payable if within 6 weeks.
Returnable Security cheque of £100 required for each
property.
Local "Taxes de Séjour" payable for each
eligible person of 60 cents per night.
