Welcome to Messanges, a seaside village in the south of Les Landes,
between Vieux Boucau and Moliets, close to the Basque country and
the Spanish border, and a prime French holiday area, where more
or less every type of sporting activity is available, from archery
to kite surfing.
“Villa Verde” is a very pleasant and comfortable timber
house, situated within walking distance of the village and only
3km from the beach. Floor area 110m2, 3 double bedrooms, it can
accommodate up to 8 people.

The house is located in a quiet, residential
area, facing the forest and the cycle track. Set in a private, secluded
300m2 garden, it is surrounded by young palm trees, banana trees,
bamboos and aromatic plants for your herbal teas and cooking. A wrap
around veranda around the east and the south side of the house helps
to keep it fresh during the hot summer days, and a place where you
can relax, read or have your meals.

The ground floor has 70m2
living space, it is very luminous with a large, open
plan lounge/dining room that joins the fully-equipped
kitchen with breakfast bar. |

Kitchen with
4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, cafetière,
electric kettle, food processor, steam cooker, wok, various
pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. |
|
The fridge, dishwasher
and washing machine are in situated in the pantry
next to the kitchen. |
|
The passage behind the staircase
leads to a shower room and a separate WC. |

Upstairs, there are three
double bedrooms, |

A mezzanine with
TV / DVD and sleeping space for 2, and a bathroom with a WC.

famous for its wines - the shop window below shows s good
range of bordeaux wines.
