The nearest village shop is 20 minutes away at Le Cloitre (5mins in car) and has a convenience store, bar/restaurant and church. The famous Museum of the Wolves (perfect for children - computers and a mini cinema) is also in the village. In Plourin les Morlaix there is a large supermarket which is open Sunday mornings, boulangeries, chemists, cafes, restaurants, bank, post-office, hairdressers. The local hospital is situated between Plourin and Morlaix (the viaduct at Morlaix is shown below)

The area has many fine châteaux and historic buildings which are open to the public.
Louzourougan is on the border of the Regional Park D'Armorique where you will find nature at its most beautiful. The park includes the Monts D'Arree, and extends to the spectacular western coastline with its picturesque villages, harbours and beaches. There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the area offering dishes from traditional Breton delicacies to some of the finest seafood in the world.

The uncrowded nearest extensive beaches are half an hour drive and extend for over 30 miles with facilities for all ages.
