La Passerelle welcomes you to the
charming setting of a maison de maitre. A rural gîte (self
catering cottage) which houses up to 10 people, la Passerelle (stands
for bridge) is classified 3 epis by National Association Gîtes
de France.
The conception of the gîtes was inspired by the "gîtes
de caractere" of the local region, the Midi- Pyrenees. La Passerelle
is situated in the Tarn, 5 minutes drive from Lavaur and 40 minutes
drive from Toulouse. The gîte has its own grounds covering
approximately 1800 square yard of land attached exclusively to the
gîte.

inside of the gîte covers roughly 2000 square
feet and comprises the following: |

situated on the ground floor, a living room, a dining room and

The 2 terraces are laid on 1800 square yard exclusively attached
to the Gîte, within 2.5 acres of land with trees. One
terrace with a large table under a pergola facing south. One
terrace with lawn equipped with a small table and sunbeds
facing north.
Outside equipment includes barbecue (wood for free), table
for 12, 4 deck chairs , 4 chairs and table parasol, pétanque
table tennis
Other landscape arrangements have been made on 1800 square
yard of land exclusively attached to the Gîte, within
2.5 acres of land with trees are a small pond, a bench, barbecue
for lunch and dinner, a fountain on the south wall and a well
north wall. Children are welcome to use the slide and swings
installed under their parent's supervision.
