The villa is in a superb position, on a hillside with wonderful
panoramic sea views. The 120 sqm apartment we let is on the ground
floor of the property, with French windows opening onto the terraces
and pool area.
The accommodation is spacious and the interior is light and sunny
and newly decorated.
Parking for 2 cars within the property.
The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto large south facing
terraces.

The property is rented
out through private person. The owners welcome families with
children of all ages. They have paid special attention to
ensure guests with disabilities feel at home.

There is a large living room with comfortable seating, dining area
and a television with satellite channels. It has French windows
opening onto the south facing terrace and pool area.
The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine,
dishwasher and electric kettle and kitchen machine.
There are three bedrooms.

Bedroom one has a large king size bed, 160x200 cm, bedroom
two also has large king size bed, 160x200 cm, and bedroom
three has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There
is also a large sliding door wardrobe (one door is mirrored).
There is an attractive large bathroom with bath, separate
shower, two basins, bidet and WC. There is also a shower room
with shower and WC. A cot and a high chair along with toys
and other baby equipment are available upon request.

The owners family lives on the first floor. The property has
an enclosed garden with wide terraces around the pool, overlooking
the sea. The superb swimming pool is shared with the owners.
It is larger than average for a private villa, has an alarm
as to new law regulations and wide steps at one end making
access easy.
There is garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals
and there are loungers for relaxing on the pool terrace. There
is parking for two cars within the property.

The house is situated on a hillside about
2.4 km from the beach at Les Issambres / San Peire. The coast
here is full of little coves and creeks, alternating with
crescents of golden sand. There are local shops and restaurants
in the village within about 2.4 km. The nearest restaurant
is 1 km. Les Issambres also has a spa hotel "Les Thermes
Marins", which is open in the evenings to non-residents
for thalassotherapy.
Sainte Maxime is about 9 km and it has a big pleasure boat
harbour, excellent facilities for watersports, and some of
the cleanest beaches on the Mediterranean. Some beaches such
as Cherry Beach, Plage de la Nartelle and Plage des Eléphants
have wonderful beach cafés serving grilled fish.

Saint Tropez (harbour photo right) is 25 km and although busy in
summer, it has retained its charm; its quayside cafés overlooking
the yachts are well worth a visit.
Both Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime have good street markets. As
well as the coastal paths, there are wonderful walks with marked
paths for serious walkers in the hills of the Massif des Maures
a few kilometres inland. Nice airport is an hour's drive.

cleaning set, bedsheets and final cleaning.

deposit 600 euros cash.
Extra cleaning is 12 euros per hour

| Book the apartment
for up to 6 persons / adults and 2 babies.
Pets are no problem, but please ask at the
time of making your reservation.
Preference is given to two consecutive
week bookings, rather than single weeks, particularly in high
season.
