The domain is in the historic town
of Pézenas, very popular with tourists
seeking the old France.
The town has many 16 & 17C buildings and today is a flourishing
centre of the wine and spirit trade. It is picturesque and
unusual, with a fine array of houses, hotels and shops, now
occupied by a variety of craftsmen.
There is also a very busy and thriving
market every Saturday - a 'must visit' event.

Visit the famous Pont du Gard, the pink flamingoes in the
Camargue, the Pope's Palace and half-bridge in Avignon, the
unforgettable fortified city of Carcassonne. Sample the endless
delights of the local wine in literally hundreds of surrounding
vineyards and take a trip to the chic resort of Cap
d'Agde where the children will love the enormous
"Aqualand " water park.
All activities are catered for nearby; water-sports,
golf, tennis, bike hire, walking, horse-riding. And of course,
sunbathing (this is officially the sunniest part of France
!).
