'6 large rooms, each one has built-in closets: 4 are on the ground floor (3 of them have a double bed, the fourth has a single bed), 2 of the rooms have picture windows that open onto the garden. There is a small bathroom at the end of the hall with a toilet and a shower. 2 more rooms (each one with a double bed) are situated on a mezzanine above the living room. The living room is equipped with a TV and a stereo and a fireplace. |

In the hallway leading to the living room there is another bathroom, with a bathtub and separate toilets; there is a space behind the kitchen provided for the washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped:
one big refrigerator, a small one, an oven, a microwave oven,
a dishwasher, 4 burners for cooking. |

The area is well served with good autoroutes from the north (A61) and the east (A9). There are also cheap flights into nearby Perpignan, and, not so far away, Carcassone. Many people now take cheap flights into Spain, with Gerona just over the border and Barcelona only a few hours away. |
