Les Saules Enchantes (translated
as ‘The Enchanted Willows’) is a lovingly restored French
Farmhouse (Fermette). It is located in The Deux Sevres (Department
79) in the Poitou Charentes and on the cusp of The Vendee, Charente
Maritime, Loire and The Massive Central.
The large gardens are made up of a private lawn with it’s
own barbecue area (for the personal use of the farmhouse residents),
a 21ft x 12ft ground level swimming pool and a large field where
those same children can play safely whilst their parents relax in
the cooling swimming pool.

The farmhouse consists of 5 bedrooms, enabling us to sleep 12 adults
plus baby, with the benefit of a ground floor, double en-suite bedroom.
On the 1st floor, there is a further en-suite family bedroom, plus
a second family bedroom, a delightful double bedroom and a childrens’
room containing 3 single beds.
Ground Floor: A generous sized family room with large
windows and doors to front and rear, enabling natural light to flood
into the room.

During the renovation, we have retained the original beams
and it is very comfortably furnished for all your families'
needs.
Our French kitchen is fully equipped to modern standards,
including a dishwasher, microwave, family sized gas cooker,
fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

There are 5 bedrooms, some of which are shown in the photos. First,
visitors can enjoy the benefit of our delightful ground floor double
en-suite bedroom.
Then, on the first floor there is a Family with double and single
beds - fully en-suite, a Family with double and single beds, another
bedroom with double bed and a children’s room with 3 single
beds. NB: Baby Cot available on request.

Mobile
home
Situated at the rear of the farm , is our 35ft x 12ft Willerby
Luxury 8 berth/three bedroomed luxury mobile home. All the
comforts your family could wish for in our fully fitted luxury
mobile home. On the large lawn area situated here, you can
sit and unwind from the rigours of the modern day rush. |

The Luxury mobile home consists of:

• double, sprung bed pulls out of the seating area in the

Situated halfway between St Marsault and St Pierre du Chemin.
Just over one hour from Nantes, Poitiers and La Rochelle Airports
AND only 3 hours drive from St Malo Ferry-port.
Also within easy reach of many famous seaside resorts along
the West Coast of France and the very famous Parc de Pierre
Brune at Mervent. We are only an hour's drive from the Ancient
Town of La Roche sur-Yon and the beautiful, popular coastal
towns of La Rochelle (photo left below) and Les Sables d'Olonne.
Puy du Fou is also close by and offers
a chance for a medieval day out for you and your family.
This includes falconry displays (photo below), son et lumiere,
jousting tournaments and lots more.

Les Saules Enchantes is centrally located between Nantes,
Poitiers and La Rochelle. Just over a one hour drive from either Airport,
on the D938 approximately halfway between Fontaney le Comte and Bressuire,
on the edge of the little town of St Marsault.
The Railway and Coach Stations of Bressuire are only a 20 minutes
drive from us.

| On arrival at
"Les Saules Enchantes", a security bond of TWO HUNDRED
EUROs will be requested. Any damage or excessive soiling of
property by a guest will be charged to that security bond,
either during or subsequent to the duration of the accommodation.
Should there be no damage on completion of your stay, this
bond will be returned after two weeks of leaving.
Please note that all tariffs displayed in
our advertisements are inclusive of bed linen, towels (changed
weekly) and gas/electricity.

Prices for bed
and breakfast from EUR 55, 00 for two people per night.
(July and august minimum 2 nights)
Low season rates do not apply during school and public holidays.
Supplied with both our cottage and luxury mobile home is high
quality bedding, towels, gas, electricity, English television,
video and DVD player, stereo system.

| A deposit of
20% of the total booking is a mandatory requirement to secure
Bookings at "Les Saules Enchantes". This deposit
is NON-RETURNABLE if the reservation is not taken up for whatever
reasons or cause. This payment should be paid into the bank
account specified by the Proprietors no later than SEVEN DAYS
after acceptance of the booking.
Once this reservation is accepted, the final balance must
be paid TWO MONTHS prior to the date of the arrival. This
settlement should be made in the same manner as was the deposit.
