Every Saturday and Wednesday a bustling produce market is well attended by visitor and locals alike. In addition, the covered market, which also sells mainly local produce, offers very drinkable wine from the barrel (start saving those empty water bottles- they won't go to waste).

Venture into parts of the old quarter, where you will find amongst the narrow lanes delightful shops in building of very fine architecture.
Le Lot is a change from the delights of the city streets, turn towards the lively and refreshing river which offers a stroll along its banks or the opportunity to navigate its waters both by canoe or the guided tour pleasure boat.
